OK so I went to SIMLIM yesterday to get the reader.
I thought I could just make one trip there but NOOOOOOoOOoOoo…card readers are the most irritating things in the world.
I went the first time to get a pretty little small compact reader. I even asked the girl at the counter, “这个可以 fit 那个 camera 的 card hor?”
And she said “可以, 可以”
So I believe her right?
BUT when I came back I realized the pretty little small compact reader is precisely so because it can only read MICRO SD cards!!
WTH.
So I had to go back to SImLim to get it changed! I asked the guy this time instead of the girl and he gave me a nice little red card reader!
So happy can!
I brought it to work so that I could load photos onto the com!
But when I tried to work it, my com couldn’t detect my reader!
*ROAR*
apparently, my reader is not Mac compatible. Which means I still have to go back to SimLim to get another one that is Mac compatible. -_-“
HOWEVER, because the reader comes with a connecting wire, I can fix the wire up to the camera and load photos directly =)
So there are STILL pictures and therefore, I have the motivation to blog.

Howard came down to Singapore 2 weeks ago to have a look and spend time with Kris. So of course we had to bring him out to Zouk!!
Tash and Trish came along too! It was kinda like family bonding before everybody left again.
It was good meeting up with Tash, I hadn’t met her for the longest time. =)
It was kind of like when we were young. You know how when the WHOLE family goes on a holiday, the parents will pair the kids up? So technically they don’t have to pay so much attention to the kids?
Tash was my buddy when we went on holiday…
And Kris and Trish were buddies!
Sandy came late! -_-
So he couldn’t get tickets to Phuture. =(
Very upsetting. Tsk tsk. So we had to shuttle between Zouk and Phuture to accommodate everybody.
AND THEN Howard got very tired. He said that he could take his liquor lor! Hahahahah I guess he wasn’t very right.
So because of all the above, we went back early. *BIG SIGH*
Well at least everybody got to meet up right?
The next night, we headed down to the spankin’ new Big Splash for some chillin after dinner at AMK Crab Bee Hoon.
Big Splash is really nice! We didn’t go to the typical 1 26, though, we went to the Vista Bistro coz they had a live band playing.
Howard really like the Crab bee hoon that we had earlier so he and kris were really satisfied…

I wore my new Zara Kids top that I’m so proud of!! 7 dollars ok!! How zai!

I have no idea why though. Do ruggers wear these kinda colours?
I know the TPJC soccer team’s uniform is kinda like that. OK very out of point.
I was raaaather surprised that the parents agreed to come out. Usually they just wanna go home and sleep!
Haha…no wonder I’m always like that.
And poor Zeke had no date. HEH.
Not like he was complaining la. He likes it when Sandy’s around to appreciate his LAMEo jokes.

It was fun having Howard in town! I always like it when something out of the ordinary happens. It’s better than the same things happening over and over and over again.
That’s why I’m looking forward to my HONG KONG TRIP NEXT WEEKEND!!!!
OH MY BIG GOSH I am damn excited can!!!
8 things I can’t wait to do in Hong Kong:
- See Maggie in her wedding gown (and most probably wedding crown)
- See Jared, coz it's the 1st time i'll be seeing him!
- Get all dressed up for the wedding
- Go shopping with my girlies
- Spend some quality time with Sandy
- Eat Dim Sum and beef noodles and all the yummy food
- Say 'mm goi mm goi' every 5 seconds
- Take the airplane!!! --> ok i know this isn't actually IN hongkong but i had to park it in! I love plane rides! ok actually i love plane food. =)
I've been trying to be good and saving money for the Hong Kong trip but it gets really hard you know! Especially with all the sales going on everywhere.
I really have a love-hate relationship with sales. =(
It's the worstest when i think that it's ok buying small stuff all the time coz in the end they accumulate to A LOT. a. whole. freaking. lot.
SO i am sort of promising myself that i am not allowed to spend more than 50 bucks on shopping for the rest of this week!
What...did you think i was gonna say that i wasn't gonna spend at all?
Even i am more realistic than that lor. HAH!
