Dinner was at Oosh last Saturday followed by dessert at Swensen’s!
I had a good time with Lynn, Rice, Baks and Damon. CHB was supposed to come but his refinery shut down so he had to go back to work to help start it up.
Sucks.
It was fun! I wanted to post pics up today but forgot to bring my camera out, so those will have to wait.
Oosh on the other hand? NOT SO GOOD. The food was super average and the whole place was so freakin dark!! Damon had to use his handphone to read the menu la!! That really says a lot about how dark the whole place was. And everything is super damn expensive. Luckily I had my Oosh Privilege card so the bill only came up to $20 for each of us.
Swensen’s was heaps better. We were the loudest group there can, I think people were giving us dirty looks for talking and laughing so loudly.
Oh. That was until another group came into Swensen’s too…
SANDY’S!!!!!!
Turns out Sandy had Shiping’s birthday dinner at Bukit Timah and they all decided to come down to Swensen’s for dessert too! We never pakat okay. =)
Their group was really SUPER SUPER SUPER loud! Even we were going ‘tsk tsk’.
But the ultimate was when someone shouted ‘OEI!!!’ so that they would shut it.
Haha. Will tell you all why they were so loud when I post the pictures the next time round.
Ok on to things that happened TODAY.
This morning, kgokgo bought me my mushroom cheese bun from the Tampines bakery as usual.
It was SO good, until something dropped out from my bun…

It’s a freakingly gross mini caterpillar!!!! Fully alive ok!!!
OMG OMG OMG.
Damn gross.
The caterpillar actually dropped out already but we put it back on the bun so that we can go and show the bakery that their carelessness could have killed someone (me)!
EWw Eww EWw.
I am so giving up my Mushroom Cheese bun in the morning from now on.
Never ever ever again.

Apart from the mushroom cheese, Kgokgo also brought Sex and The City for me today! ALL SIX SEASONS!!!!
Woo!!
I am gonna finish watching everything before I watch the movie.
Hopefully I’ll be able to. Anyway each episode is only half an hour long AND my Gossip Girl is done with so I’ll have lotsa time!
Gossip Girl was really good by the way. I’m sure there’ll be a second season from the looks of it.
Can’t wait! Can’t wait!
