I was on msn with Damon sometime last week and I told him that Thursdays are better than Fridays and I called it my TGIT Theory.
He thought my theory was total crap and kept going ‘ritez….’ I can so imagine him saying that in person la. I said I should write a book and Damon said ‘please don’t’.
I could be the next Confucius ok!
Something like ‘Caryn says…TGIT’

The TGIT (Thank God It’s Thursday) Theory

Of course TGIF has been around for ages. But for me, Friday drags on for like forever. I mean I love Fridays as much as the next Tom, Dick or Societal Slave but I adore Thursdays. Mainly because on Thursday, you know the weekend’s coming (Friday is practically the weekend) so you’re incredibly happy, but the next day is still a working day so you don’t really have any expectations for Friday.

Know what I mean?

It’s kind of like how it is when you’re really looking forward to something happening at night, the day never seems to end.

So that’s how it works with Thursdays and Fridays. You don’t expect much from Friday on Thursday because Friday is still a weekday. But come Friday, you expect things from Saturday coz it’s a weekend already! So Friday seems to go on and on and on and on and on….
So Thursday’s got the mood without the slowmo’

Yep so that’s my TGIT Theory!!
I kinda hope it makes sense.
Hahahahaha..
But I guess I really do have a lot of warped theories.
sD would know. Hey, at least they’re intelligent warped theories. ;)
