But I seriously DO have to post some pics up here so I’m gonna post some really backdated pics.
Beerfest:
WAHHhHHH and when I say overdue, I really mean OVERDUEEEEEE with shouting in ricola fashion, hands waving overhead with a grave look of guilt...yes, the works.
Beerfest happened 30 April this year. So I’m about almost 3 months late.
But HEY! No complaining coz if I didn’t have overdue pics, I wouldn’t have pics at all.
Sandy saw the Acai Berry beer and went ‘Acai Berry? EH!!! Isn’t that for slimming?’
I was all ‘Really??? How’d you know???’
‘MSN lor. All the spam messages always go ‘I just discovered the amazing Acai Berry. I lost 5 kg in 2 weeks!’’
HAHA. Really get info from MSN spam.

They were giving out these free bottle openers at the registration counter. And when nobody was looking, Siao went to get one for himself. TOTALLY bo jio. By the time we realized, we were already queuing to go in. HAHA…stoopid Siao. Spoiler. :p

After beerfest, we went to the small tentage nearby to play pool, air hockey and darts. Haha. Good way to prove our individual sobriety before heading home. LOL.
Yesterday I had dinner with Sandy at The Big Bird at Pomo. Sandy and I go there quite often coz the chicken rice is really not bad. The rice is very good, The chili is omg power and the lotus root soup is like brewed for 10 days kind. But everytime we go to Pomo to eat that, there’s always NOBODY in the shop. NOBODY at all. It is really super sad coz the food is actually not bad. =(
So if you read this, try to go to The Big Bird to eat once in a while. It’s very stressful to go there and have the whole restaurant only serving us. HAHA.
Anyways, at dinner last night, Sandy was telling me about his new finance exchange programme where all these Italians come down for a 3 wk finance course together with Singaporeans…
Me: Eh so did you learn any Italian words?
Sandy: No leh.
Me: Huh! Why didn’t you learn anything? You can tell them ‘Ciao’.
Sandy: ‘Ciao’ is Italian meh??!!!??
Me: Ya!!! Haven’t you heard them say it before?
Sandy: Ya a few of them said it to me. But I thought it was some fancy American slang, so I was thinking ‘eh? So happening, how come they know!’ HAHA.
Me: -_-“
One of his many himbotic moments that I so proudly display here, much to Sandy’s chagrin. ☺

Sandy: Ya, but not to all of them. I only said it back to those who said it to me coz I thought the rest didn’t know what it meant. Me: -_-“
