HAHA so funny!!! It’s so much better if you watched the American Idol finale. And wait till the end where he does a covergirl commercial.

This other webisode is called ‘Pork Beans’ and is taken off David Cook’s official website (I know, I know…I visit David Cook’s official website). I guess it’s only good if you’re a David Cook fan, which I’m guessing about 2% of my readership is (2% = Zeke). The webisodes are basically about the band on the road doing stupid stuff.

[2. Gossip Girl in Real Life]

Who knew Gossip Girl really existed in real life.
And I guess Serena was right when she said ‘Gossip Girl’s a boy???’
LOL.
And while Serena didn’t actually manage to unmask Gossip Girl, we have our very own Gossip Girl in Singapore.

Stoopid Siong Qun has been messaging random updates throughout the day every single day lor.
He’s on some Singtel Students’ plan that gives him unlimited free SMS-es so he mass send gossip and other news-related updates to EVERYBODY he knows.
It started with Sandy and later I subscribed to his awesome entertaining and sometimes annoying service. HAH.

It’s only 11am and already I’ve received 6 messages with super random updates like
“1. Showers expected late morning and early afternoon in the north and south. 2. JY spotted with MF at Jurong Point 3. NTU Results out next Friday 4. Fire drill today at 3pm!”

I told Tash about the service and she wants to subscribe too!
It’s good to receive super random things throughout the day to perk your day up.

[3. American Idol: The Saga]

AMERICAN IDOLLLLL!!!! I’m SO sad that the season is over already!!!! What am I gonna do with my now meaningless Wednesday and Thursday nights? What site am I gonna visit to watch and rewatch new Adam and Kris performances???

SADNESS. ☹

But all is ok! Because the finale was awesome!!! Despite the fact that 4 people had already told me the results even before 11am. -_-
Since the broadcast on Thursday, I’ve watched the finale another 3 times since (Thank you STARHUB digital cable!!!).

And everytime I watch it I feel so sad. Adam should totally have won Idol, he really deserves it much more than Kris.
Even Sandy (who loves Kris Allen) says that Adam should have won.
Although, I have to admit that mid-season, I was learning a bit more to Kris too, but Adam really brought it home during the finale la.

And did you see his performance with KISS? OMG!!!
EPICity. I love his shoulder wing thingys and the crystals around his eyes and I LOVE the Beth song.





I’m happy for Kris, but just comparing them singing ‘No Boundaries’, it’s like there’s no fight at all. I would have voted for Adam a million times (exaggeration alert!) if I were in the US.

OH and if you know me at all, you would know that my favourite part of the finale is this:





YAY DAVID!!!
Actually I was talking to Tash on Thursday before I watched the finale, and I was telling her how excited I was about watching the finale coz I was hoping that David Cook would perform.
And Tash was all like ‘Er no, he doesn’t perform Ryn! I read the news!’
I was super crushed after I heard it lor. ☹ Like how can David not perform at the finale right!!
So I went home to watch the finale at about 8.30pm (missed the first half an hour) and totally did not see David Cook at all. And then when Idol was done at 10pm, I went to shower while Sandy and Zek stayed back to watch the repeat on channel 5 at 10pm. 15 minutes into the show, whaddya know!! David comes on.
Sandy and Zek were both like ‘BABE/CHA!!!! BABE/CHA!!!! DAVID COOK!!!’ HAHAHAHAH…
And I was thinking ‘MAN!!! TASHA ANN!!!’ hahahahaha..ok la, It’s not Tash’s fault, but still. Haha. And even though Tash gives wrong info, I’m gonna do something nice for her:

This is proof that Tash, that you should support whoever I support next season. Coz I support rightful winners!!! ☺

Ok enough IdolMania.
For now, we can excitedly(?) await Singapore Idol before the next season of American Idol comes again.
Ugh. Singapore Idol. Bleah.
I can barely hide my distaste.
(Although, you know when the time comes around, I would probably be singing a different tune. What with past experiences of me supporting Sylvester Sim. HAHA. Oh the things we regret.)

Came into office to a beautifully-cum-economically decorated cubicle!





I had to read and do penalties before I could get my present!
The penalties were all attached the the streamers lor so I had to climb up and down looking for them.
Talk about some 5BX. Lol.

They hid my computer so I had to go to another office to get it!

Sandy and I celebrated on Thursday night with a nice dinner by the sea but don’t have any pictures of that. ☹

All in all it was a good birthday. Yez even called all the way from Europe at midnight to wish me, which was super sweet.
Turning 24 isn’t so bad after all!


[5. My CHIO ride]

I FINALLY made a decision! Whew.
Coming September 2009:

The new 2009 Volkswagen Scirocco.
Mine’s totally black with the interior exactly like that.
I use the word ‘mine’ loosely coz you know eventually everybody’s gonna share it. Haha.

Hokay! I’m done!!!
You do know that because this is a long post, I will most probably be MIA for awhile.

P.S.: I left this to the last coz it’s…weird. Last night I dreamt that Adam Lambert was my neighbour and it was the day after the finale, and he was all sad coz he didn’t win. And then after that there was a huge flood and a big whale came and tried to eat him up, but my mummy saved him!!! So he was really grateful. My mummy then wanted to organize a party to celebrate his time on Idol, so I went to the supermarket to do some shopping with Adam, and then on the way back home, there were all these people dressed as vegetables walking all over the street blocking our way. But I didn’t mind so much coz Adam’s car was really cool and sporty (probably the Ford that he just won).

Needless to say, I didn’t sleep very well. It was traumatic in a very Adam way…and just plain weird.
At least I can sorta say that I met Adam in person. That’s what dreams are for right?
Haha. Weird.
