Sakae Sushi All You Can Eat Buffet.
Adults: $16.90++, Snr Citizens/Students: $13.90++
Children: $9.90++
LeX* and i made a date to be at Sakae Sushi Century Square at 3 so that we can be there for the start of the buffet! but we were early (amazingly) so i we walked around a bit and then we went to montip coz i needed to get some hairbands. So i was happily choosing hairbands coz it's really so hard to find a good hairband nowadays, It's like they decided to stop making elastic rubber or something. or maybe it's a whole ploy by the rubber band companies so that you'll keep coming back for more. but anyway i found some really good ones so i was practically jumping from cloud nine to 7th heaven already when Lex* was like,"ling we're late! it's 3 already!! the buffet has started!! hurry can??"
i do not like getting interrupted when i'm shopping, even if it is just for hairbands. but because he's my B i dropped all the rubber bands i was holding and went down to Sakae Sushi with him (i am good la).
ryn: "why do you wanna get there so early?? it's not like you're gonna sit there all 3 hours rite??"
lex: (in all seriousness) "yesss! i am!!!"
then i told him he was very kiasu. i didn't tell him that he was so cute la. hahahaha..
i saw this guy who looked like Mr.Mah at the sushi place! out of the corner of my eye though, coz he was sitting behind me. and he was with this girl who..who basically wasn't deb!! she had like short hair and it was dyed! *gasP* scandalous eh!! nah..not really..turned out that the girl was actually huiyi and the Mr.Mah was actually Sylvester Sim (the A1-now-A3 TH one, not the oh-so-cute one! =)) and Sylvester cut his hair (*Hallelujah music* )..like finally can? woo!
anyways Lex and i stayed there for bout 2 and a half hours. we really couldn't take it already. He skipped breakfast and lunch for the buffet, i only skipped lunch though, although my breakfast was at like 1130hRs. i actually didn't wanna have breakfast but aunty auring was so persuasive!:
aunty auring: "ryn do you wanna breakfast?"
ryn: "nope! thanks!"
aunty auring: "if you want i can make you toast with butter and sugar"
ryn: "ok!" *drooL*
so it wasn't really my fault, my maid does have persuasive powers when she puts her mind to it.
so anyways LeX* and i conquered
17 plates of sushi and other thingys
2 bowls of soba
2 cups or ice cream
1 plate of fruits
it was ALOT. you shd try it sometime.
and with all that we only managed to cheat the place of $2!!
but it was a good day! i'm pretty hungry now talking about all the food. shd have gone 85 with my baby. =(
sorry this post is so wordy. i'll take pics tmr with yaoman and qigaybin! muahaha..
