The previous week was Deb’s birthday!!! Trotted down to Ikea to get the present with Tash and Yez.
We wait damn long for Yez to get ready to go lor.
He was so late that we had to get a cab down to Ikea.
Getting out of the cab, Tash and I are talking over some exciting thing as usual and Yezhong goes…
Yez: (calmly) Eh wait. I lost my phone. Let’s go back to the taxi stand, I think the cab is still there.
Tash and I were confused for like 5 seconds before we actually realized he was being serious! It’s like those movies where the psycho says the most shocking things in the calmest manner.
Ya. That’s yez.
Obviously the taxi was gone by the time we got downstairs again! So yez used our phones to alternate between calling the cab company and his phone.
By the end of the Ikea trip my phone was flat, Tash’s phone was flat and Yez’s phone was STILL missing.
How loser right! Ahahhaha.
Anyways dinner plans with Deb still carried on as usual after shopping for her present. I had to go for mama’s birthday dinner so I didn’t go with them for dinner.
HOWEVER, thanks to facebook, I have pictures from their dinner!
I was supposed to meet up with at my house after dinner. Got back earlier than them so I had to scramble to wrap Deb’s present!
Unfortunately they came while I was wrapping halfway, so Deb tore into the present IMMEDIATELY after I finished wrapping it. HAHA.
She felt quite bad la.
I love birthdays!
I will update with tash’s birthday next.
And before we even know it, Yez’s birthday will be here.
MAN why do all their birthdays have to be so close together!!! Even Gabe’s birthday is quite close lor.
Gotta save for presents again.

Gossip Girl season 2 is beyond awesome ok!!!! I love it!!!
The whole Blair-Chuck-Marcus/James triangle is genius. I mean OF COURSE they would introduce actual royalty into the circle, how else would someone pull Blair away from Chuck???
Unless of course they introduced someone who was MORE Chuck than Chuck himself. Which of course would be dumb coz people would either support the Chucker Chuck rather than Original Chuck OR totally hate the Chucker Chuck. MAN I’m confusing you aren’t I?

Watch it for Chuck & Blair and Nate & Catherine, that’s another OMG scandal…like PLEASE, they are SO not giving Nate a good image lor.
Oh and the whole Serena/Dan thing is getting pretty old. It’s kinda like Rachel & Ross, Marisa & Ryan. You just KNOW they’ll be together in the end.
